This is Bremangerlandet, a small island at the far end of the Atlantic Ocean. I immediately fell in love with the place, the breathtaking nature, the island way of life - and started recording.
Here, the Grotle brothers run Reidarbua, a quaint fishing center over a century old that still serves as a base for the local fishermen. Reidarbua is also a one-of-a-kind hotel, filled with warmth and a rich history.

Work for Beauty Disrupted.
Beauty Disrupted was co-founded by Svante Holm and Alban Mayne, who were in the midst of their tech business careers when they learned that some 80 billion plastic shampoo and conditioner bottles get trashed every year. Few are recycled. Many end up in the oceans.
The assignment was to make a short video portrait of the Beauty Disrupted ambassador and Swedish freediver Li Karlsen.

I was invited to visit the Ruvhten Sijte saami village. This is a part of my film about the life and challanges og a reindeer herder. Reindeer herding in Sapmi is characterised by the long migration between different foraging areas, from mountain to forest. It's hard work, from early morning to late night.
The ancient ways of the saami people builds a profound connection to and understanding of nature that continues to be passed down from generation to generation. Sadly climate change, mining and agressive tourism expansion is a growing threat to this uniqe tradition and way of life.
